Cheated Out Of 3 Points Again!
Looking to grab another 3 points at home we were reminded that the refs still reserve the right to foil our plans, and to foul the game. It seems as though doing everything right doesn't pay off in the end. Even though Kevin Molino got a great goal in the final moments of the game it was negated by a handball called on Carrasco at the other end that was obviously a direct hit to the shoulder, and a PK was awarded to the Revs. These PRO referees have presided over some of the worst calls anyone has seen. This time cheating us out of what looked to be 30 seconds to go for victory. We can't seem to catch a break, but as supporters we will never give up. Go City!!!
Final Score: OCSC 2 Revs 2
AN EPIC DAY!
Stomping an opposing team into submission is always a great experience. Beating the defending MLS Champs makes that victory even more savory. Just like last season when OCSC soundly defeated the defending champs the LA Galaxy with a score of 4-0 the boys in purple repeated that effort this year on the Portland Timbers. The banderazo was a sight to behold. Massive respect to The Wall!
OCSC 4 Portland 1
OCSC vs Chicago A Night To Remember
Not the result anyone wanted for the second home game of the 2016 season, but a draw will keep our City moving forward. I can't understand why we have so much trouble with Chicago especially with them a man down for the majority of the match. Two great takeaways from this match were the massive amount of sound coming from the Wall all night long. You all are amazing, and never cease to leave me in awe. For the second takeaway I want to extend special consideration to the two impromptu capos of the evening. Howie I hope you have a happy birthday. Great seeing you on the capo stand. Also to our dear friend, and Ruckus treasurer Tobin. We will miss you brother. Safe travels in China. See you in a few months.
Final score: OCSC 1 Chicago 1
What A Great Day To Be An Orlando City Fan
Heroics in the final minutes is what sets OCSC apart from other clubs. It's also sure to make you feel every emotion known to man (or woman). I may have had a heart attack, and a mild stroke after watching Cyle Larin and Adrian Winter both score points in 64 seconds. It was an unbelievable day with all types of shenanigans. I can't wait to see all my Ruckus brothers and sisters for the next home game in a few short days.
