Why should i become a member? What are the perks?

becoming a ruckus member are a no-brainer. The benefits are amazing. You get access to our ruckus community forum, the ticket exchange, special events, special ticket prices, access to first 7 rows in ruckus section of the wall, access to ruckus merch. All for $25 a year.
will I fit in?
absolutly. we are a respectful and diverse group of people from all walks of life. all ages, all ethnicities, all genders, all religions. Some members have been a part or ruckus from the start and some are brand new! all that matters is that you love ocsc!

how much does membership cost?

membership is $25 a year. We do have a gold option for $40 that includes our scarf of the season. Check out our store for membership and merch.
do I have to stand in the supporters section to be a member?

no, you do not have to stand in the supporters section to be a ruckus member. although you might miss out on some of the magic!
where and when do you tailgate? How much is parking?

The Ruckus Tailgate is located on the corner of South St. and Westmoreland Dr. behind Broken Strings Brewery.
The Lot generally opens 5 hours prior to kick.
Parking is generally $20 - cash. They have started accepting p2p mobile payment, such as zelle and venmo.
Is ruckus kid friendly?

Yes, 100%. We welcome kids! We have an entire kids section at the wall. but parents must be in attendance with children supervised. We often have kids activities in the lot too. Warning to parents: you child might be exposed to Profanities in the wall, loud drums, water getting thrown on them, and too much fun.
I’m new! How do I get connected?

it might be intimidating to show up to a tailgate lot or a stadium full of people you don’t know. who all seem to know each other. fear not, We are a friendly bunch, and we love new people! Contact us and let us know you’re coming and we’d love to host you at a tailgate, introduce you to people, and get to know you!
do I need to be a season ticket member?

no. Being a season ticket holder with orlando city is completely different than being a member of ruckus. Many member are season ticket members, many are not. One of the best perks is access to discounted single game tickets, as well as our facebook ticket exchange group.
do i need to have facebook?

no. we send out a emails very frequently with upcoming events, news, and announcements. However, access to our ruckus forum and ticket exchange are both on facebook only.
So what do i do to become a member?

1 - you purchase your membership. The only difference between gold and purple membership is that a scarf is included in the gold membership.
2 - You will receive a membership welcome email within 24-72 hours. This email contains a online code-of-conduct agreement. you must fill that out. The email also contains links to the ruckus facebook forum (which is a great community board for us) as well as the ruckus facebook ticket exchange (a great place to buy and sell at face value). once we get your code-of-conduct agreement, we will approve you in the groups.
3 - We send out weekly emails/game week emails with upcoming events, news, and merch drop info.
4 - you will receive your welcome bag in the mail if you chose shipping, or you can pick it up at our lot during merch pick up hours Typically 2:30-5:30pm on game days.
This membership pack includes your ruckus wristband (required on game days if you want to sit in the front 7 rows of the supporters section), Your membership card, and a ruckus sticker. If you purchased a gold membership, you will also receive a ruckus scarf.
